Our
History

Our family business began its journey in May 1980 in Roanne and has been thriving for 40 years.

Today, our group operates in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, and Saint-Raphaël, with independent hotels and properties under the Accor and Hilton franchises, all fully renovated and revitalized thanks to our attentive, motivated, and dedicated teams, who ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our guests.

Thus, thanks to consistent and steady performance, our company, with the support of its partners, is confidently embarking on a new phase of development to strengthen its position in prime locations and explore new projects.

Our
Commitments

Aware of the environmental challenges we face and of the hotel industry’s role as a social integrator, we have always ensured that our actions and communications are sincere.

The journey we have undertaken through the CEC programme has made us aware that, as a company, we are on the front line when it comes to addressing a collective challenge, that our interactions with, and impacts on, our economic, social and natural environments are broader and deeper than we may realise, and, above all, that they are key to moving towards a regenerative model.

Here are the actions we have put in place:

  • Green Key certification for all our hotels
  • Implementation of Carbon Footprint Assessments across our properties
  • Support for scholarship students at Institut Lyfe and a corporate philanthropy commitment
  • Raising awareness through the Climate Fresk and 2 Tonnes workshops
  • Use of Eco-Label certified products
  • BREEAM Very Good certification for our hotels under construction
